Shaping and Baking
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Serve cookies plain or dusted with extra powdered sugar. Store cooled cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
