Preparation
- Wash the apples thoroughly and slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a bowl, toss the apple slices with cinnamon, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and lay the apple slices in a single layer.
Cooking
- Cook the apple slices for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Keep an eye on them, as the cooking time may vary based on the thickness of your slices and the model of your air fryer.
Cooling
- Once cooked, remove the apple chips from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
Notes
To keep your apple chips fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature. They can last for about a week. For longer storage, freeze them in a single layer on a baking sheet before transferring to a freezer-safe bag.
