Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are well coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Remove the salmon from the marinade, letting any excess drip off, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket skin-side down.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
