Ingredients

For the Cookie Crust
  • 1 package sugar cookie dough store-bought or homemade
  • a pinch salt to enhance flavor
For the Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping
  • 1 cup blueberries for the stars
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced into halves or quarters for the stripes
  • 1 medium banana sliced (optional, for added sweetness)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Place the rolled dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
Frosting
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
Assembly
  1. Spread the cream cheese frosting generously over the cooled cookie base.
  2. Arrange the blueberries in the top left corner for the stars and layer the strawberries to create the stripes.
  3. Add optional banana slices for additional flair.
  4. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set slightly, then slice into wedges and serve.

Notes

For healthier options, substitute sugar cookie dough with oatmeal cookie base or use Greek yogurt in place of cream cheese. The pizza can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, but fresh is best.
