Preparation

- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into patties and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Pour beef broth over the patties and add mushrooms and green beans if using.
Baking
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the beef is cooked through and the juices run clear.

- Pair with a simple green salad or roasted vegetables.
