Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Wrap two slices of bacon around each chicken breast, securing them tightly. Place the wrapped chicken in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan generously over each piece of bacon-wrapped chicken.
Cooking
- Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the bacon is crispy.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven, let it rest briefly, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the bacon-wrapped chicken for the last few minutes of cooking. You can also marinate the chicken in Italian dressing for an hour before wrapping it with bacon for added flavor.
