Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Wrap two slices of bacon around each chicken breast, securing them tightly. Place the wrapped chicken in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle grated parmesan generously over each piece of bacon-wrapped chicken.
Cooking
  1. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the bacon is crispy.
  2. Once cooked, remove from the oven, let it rest briefly, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the bacon-wrapped chicken for the last few minutes of cooking. You can also marinate the chicken in Italian dressing for an hour before wrapping it with bacon for added flavor.
