  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded or diced Use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut
  • 6 oz cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Feel free to make your own
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 8 pieces taco shells or tortillas Soft or hard, your choice
Garnishes
  • Chopped green onions For garnish
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, lettuce, or avocado For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Stuff the taco shells generously with the chicken and bacon mixture. Top each with shredded cheese.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the filled tacos on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and any additional toppings.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
