  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed) best when fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Lemon slices for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dill until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet, ensuring they are laid out evenly.
  4. Brush the marinade generously over each salmon fillet.
Cooking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork and appears opaque.
  2. Remove from the oven and serve warm, garnished with lemon slices.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave. Avoid overcooking, and let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving.
