Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side down. Brush the olive oil mixture generously over the salmon.
- Sprinkle chopped herbs on top of each fillet.
- Place a few lemon slices on each fillet.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Consider adding a honey glaze for sweetness, and other seasonings for flavor variations.
