Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with garlic powder.
- Dip each salmon fillet in the mayonnaise mixture, coating it generously.
- Roll the fillets in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serving
- While the salmon is baking, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and a sprinkle of garlic powder for the sauce.
- Once the salmon is out of the oven, drizzle it with the bang bang sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions for a pop of color.
Notes
Leftover Bang Bang Salmon can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place it back in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes to crisp up the coating again. You can also microwave it, but be careful not to dry it out.
