Preparation
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce until well blended.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season each side lightly with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil to get it hot and ready.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the hot skillet. Sear for about 4-5 minutes.
- Gently flip each fillet over and immediately brush a generous amount of the Bang Bang sauce over the top. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
Serving
- Plate the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, adding a drizzle of the remaining sauce over the top for extra flavor.
