Ingredients
  

For the BBQ Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Feel free to use rotisserie chicken for ease.
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Can be homemade or store-bought.
For the Coleslaw
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix A combination of cabbage and carrots.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Adding a touch of creaminess.
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar For a little tang.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps Spinach wraps add a fun twist.
  • Optional: chopped cilantro or green onions For garnish.

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated. Heat in a skillet over medium heat if you prefer it warm.
Make the Coleslaw
  1. In a separate bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed.
Assemble the Wrap
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of BBQ chicken onto the center, followed by a scoop of coleslaw.
Wrap It Up
  1. Fold in the sides and then roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up to secure all the delicious fillings.
Serve
  1. Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, garnished with cilantro or green onions if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, unroll the wrap and microwave it briefly, or enjoy it cold. Toast the tortillas briefly before wrapping to make them more pliable and flavorful.
