- Slice your beef and broccoli, and mince the garlic and ginger.
Cooking
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet, cooking until browned—around 3-4 minutes. Be sure not to overcrowd the pan!
- Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they're vibrant green and tender-crisp.
- Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Add the cooked ramen to the skillet, tossing everything until the noodles are fully coated in the sauce.
- Ladle the Beef and Broccoli Ramen into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
Feel free to swap beef for chicken or tofu for a vegetarian version. Add other vegetables like carrots, snap peas, or bell peppers for variation. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
