Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hashbrowns, ham or sausage, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.

  4. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mixture in the baking dish, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Finally, sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top for a tasty finish.
Baking

Notes
