Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and arrange them evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the cooked sausage over the biscuits.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage and biscuits.
- Drizzle the cream gravy on top, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
