Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries or frozen, if out of season
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt choose your favorite flavor
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional for extra sweetness
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Chopped nuts or granola for garnish (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash the blueberries gently and set them aside in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup (if using) and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Gently fold the blueberries into the yogurt mixture, ensuring each berry is coated.
  4. Using a spoon, scoop a tablespoon of the blueberry yogurt mixture and drop it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until all the mixture is used up, leaving some space between clusters.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 1 to 2 hours, or until the clusters are fully frozen.
  6. Once frozen, enjoy them right away or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.

Notes

Use only quality Greek yogurt for best texture. Try adding citrus zest for enhanced flavors. Store leftover clusters in an airtight container in the freezer.
