Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even cooking.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined and the sugar dissolves.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and place skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush the prepared glaze generously over each salmon fillet.
Cooking
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- For extra crisp, switch the oven to broil for the last 2 minutes, keeping an eye on it to avoid burning.

- Remove the salmon from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs, and enjoy!
