  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack) Both types deliver fantastic flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons Green Onions, finely chopped For added fresh flavor.
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs For topping, ensure a crispy finish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked and shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Fold in half of your shredded cheese and chopped green onions.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top, followed by the bread crumbs.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  3. Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce on the side if desired.
