- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and create a pocket in each.

Cooking
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
