  • 1/2 cup water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the Russet potatoes into thin wedges and place them in a baking dish.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning mix and water, cooking until well combined and heated through.
  3. Pour the seasoned beef mixture over the potato wedges in the baking dish.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot.
