Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Spread cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese on one side of each chicken breast.
- Roll the chicken breasts up tightly and wrap each roll with bacon.
- Secure the wraps with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place the wraps on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
Notes
Slice each roll into medallions for an attractive presentation, or serve whole. Add a dipping sauce such as ranch, honey mustard, or barbecue for extra flavor.
