- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until chicken is browned and cooked through.
- In the same pan, add sliced peppers and onions, cooking until caramelized.
- Layer the cooked chicken, caramelized vegetables, and provolone cheese on hoagie rolls.
- Place under a broiler for a minute or two until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve hot with pickled jalapeƱos or hot sauce for heat. Great with fries, salad, or roasted potatoes.
