  • 1/4 cup melted butter Brush lightly to avoid greasiness.
  • 1/2 cup sugar Regular granulated sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon For the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix sugar and ground cinnamon.
  3. Brush both sides of each tortilla lightly with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the tortillas, covering both sides.
  5. Place tortillas on a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Re-crisp in a 300°F (150°C) oven for 3-5 minutes if softened. For a savory twist, omit sugar and add grated Parmesan.
