Preparation

- Spread the pecans on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fragrant.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 1 month or freeze for up to 3 months. Bring frozen or refrigerated nuts to room temperature before serving to restore crunch.
