  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped Can substitute with spinach for a nutrition boost.
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded Cheddar for richness; mozzarella or vegan alternatives can work.
  • ½ cup mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be a lighter substitute.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Adds tanginess to the flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preferences.

  1. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced turkey, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Add Dressing: Pour the creamy dressing over the pasta mixture, tossing gently to coat everything evenly.
  5. Chill: If time allows, cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let all the flavors meld together.
  6. Serve: Give it a quick toss before serving. Garnish with extra bacon or cheese if you’re feeling indulgent!

Notes
