- Dredge each chicken breast in the cornflake mixture, pressing down to ensure adhesion.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle olive oil over the top.
Cooking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for a month. Reheat in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
