Assembly
- Spoon the marinara or pizza sauce over the cottage cheese in an even layer.
- Scatter the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan over the sauce.
- Add diced tomato, peppers, olives, or mushrooms, and sprinkle with oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
Cooking
- For oven: Place the bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 8–12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and just beginning to brown.
- For microwave: Heat on high for 1–2 minutes until cheese melts and sauce is warm.
Serving
- Remove carefully, garnish with fresh basil or parsley, and serve hot.
