  • 1 lb Sirloin or ribeye steak Choose your favorite cut, or use a budget-friendly option.
Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter Provides a rich, creamy base.
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic Minced for bold flavor; garlic powder can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped, as part of the herb mix.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme Chopped, as part of the herb mix.
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes For added heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter until it starts to bubble.
  2. Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until a brown crust forms.
  3. Once the steak is cooked to your desired doneness, add the minced garlic, chopped herbs, and red pepper flakes, stirring to combine.
  4. Remove from heat and serve immediately on skewers or a serving platter, drizzled with any remaining garlic butter.

Notes
