Preparation
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
- Add the cream cheese on top.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir in the cooked bacon and cheddar cheese until melted.
Serving
- Serve on sandwiches and garnish with green onions.
Notes
Cool leftover chicken to room temperature, transfer to an airtight container, and refrigerate for up to 3–4 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat gently, adding broth or milk if needed.
