Preparation
- In a large pot, combine chicken breast and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
- Add the egg noodles, ranch seasoning, and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is melted.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days. When reheating, do so gently on low heat.
