- In a large pot, combine chicken, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, and cream cheese.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.

- Serve hot.
Notes
Serve hot in bowls with extra shredded cheddar and chopped green onions. For a heartier bowl, add crusty bread, crackers, or a scoop of cooked rice. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
