  • 4 cups chicken broth Low-sodium recommended.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Cut into cubes for easier melting.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning Can adjust to taste.
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped Crispy bacon enhances flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Reserve some for garnish.
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped For garnish and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, add the chicken breasts and cover with chicken broth.
  2. Cook on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked, about 20-25 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken, shred it, and set aside.
Create the Soup Base
  1. In the same pot, add the cream cheese and ranch seasoning, stirring until melted and well combined.
  2. Return the shredded chicken to the pot, add cooked bacon, and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve hot and garnish with chopped green onions.
