  • 1 cup heavy cream Gives the sauce its luscious, creamy texture.
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust to your spice preference.
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Enhances the sauce's flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Ensure every bite is perfectly seasoned.
  • to taste fresh, chopped parsley For garnish.

Method

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Boil a pot of salted water. Add the twisted pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.
Sautéing Steak Bites
  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Preparing Garlic Butter
  1. In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant.
Making the Alfredo Sauce
  1. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into a creamy sauce.
  2. If it’s too thick, use a splash of reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
Combining Everything
  1. Return the steak bites to the skillet, then add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together in the sauce until well combined, letting the flavors mingle for another 2-3 minutes.
Serving
  1. Plate your delicious creamy garlic butter steak bites with spicy Cajun Alfredo twisted pasta, garnishing with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Warm gently to reheat, restoring the sauce's creamy texture with a splash of cream or pasta water. Freezes beautifully for meal prep.
