- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and add to the pot.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve garnished with green onions.
Notes
Cool to room temperature, then transfer to airtight containers and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove, adding a splash of broth or water to loosen the sauce as it thickens when chilled. This dish does not freeze particularly well because the cream and noodles can separate and change texture. Add a squeeze of lemon or chili flakes for extra brightness or heat.
