Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 8 oz pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is best
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.
Making Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken on top and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately while hot. Plate the pasta first, arrange sliced chicken on top, then finish with extra grated Parmesan and a sprinkle of chopped parsley or cracked black pepper.

Notes

Cool to room temperature before refrigerating. It can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Reheat gently with a splash of milk or cream.
