Method
Cooking Pasta
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Chicken
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.
Making Sauce
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combining Ingredients
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Add the sliced chicken on top and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Serving
- Serve immediately while hot. Plate the pasta first, arrange sliced chicken on top, then finish with extra grated Parmesan and a sprinkle of chopped parsley or cracked black pepper.
Notes
Cool to room temperature before refrigerating. It can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Reheat gently with a splash of milk or cream.
