  • 2 pieces chicken sausages, sliced

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned.

  4. Add the orzo pasta and 2 cups of water or broth; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the orzo is cooked.
  6. Stir in the steamed broccoli and grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm.
