Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 oz Ramen Noodles Choose fresh or dried based on availability.
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth Low-sodium broth works best.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Adds richness and creaminess.
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce To taste; adds umami flavor.
  • 2 stalks Green Onions For garnish, chopped.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced is best.
Optional Vegetables
  • 1 cup Spinach or Bok Choy Great nutritional boosts.
  • 1/2 cup Corn Optional for sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms Optional for an earthy element.

Method

Preparation
  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute, just until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  2. Gradually stir in the heavy cream, allowing it to meld with the broth.
  3. Add soy sauce to taste and let the mixture simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Introduce the cooked ramen noodles to the pot and stir to ensure they’re coated in the creamy goodness.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped green onions.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat gently on the stove and add broth or water to restore creaminess if needed.
