Ingredients
  

For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch Whisk thoroughly into the sauce to prevent clumps.
For the Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the chicken.
For Serving
  • Cooked rice Serve over steamed white or brown rice.
  • Vegetables of choice For freshness and color.
  • Sesame seeds and lime Optional garnish.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
Serving
  1. Serve the crispy honey garlic chicken over rice and alongside your favorite vegetables.
  2. Optionally, garnish with sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime before serving.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Reheat gently in a skillet for best texture.
