Preparation
- Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized rounds (about 1-inch thick).
- In a bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Place the kielbasa pieces in the crock pot, pour the sauce over them, and stir to coat.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, stirring once or twice if possible.
- When ready, use a slotted spoon to transfer to a serving dish or keep warm in the crock pot for guests to help themselves.
Notes
Serve warm with toothpicks or small skewers. Great with dinner rolls or as part of a charcuterie spread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
