  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation
  1. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized rounds (about 1-inch thick).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Place the kielbasa pieces in the crock pot, pour the sauce over them, and stir to coat.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, stirring once or twice if possible.
  2. When ready, use a slotted spoon to transfer to a serving dish or keep warm in the crock pot for guests to help themselves.

Notes

Serve warm with toothpicks or small skewers. Great with dinner rolls or as part of a charcuterie spread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
