- Trim the green beans and halve the baby potatoes.
- Place the kielbasa, green beans, baby potatoes, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle with black pepper, paprika, and salt.
- Pour the chicken broth over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir before serving and enjoy a comforting meal.
Notes
For crispier kielbasa, brown slices briefly in a skillet before adding to the crockpot. When using frozen green beans, add them in the last 2–3 hours on low to prevent overcooking.
