  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup chicken broth Use low-sodium if preferred

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Trim the green beans and halve the baby potatoes.
  2. Place the kielbasa, green beans, baby potatoes, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
  3. Sprinkle with black pepper, paprika, and salt.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir before serving and enjoy a comforting meal.

Notes

For crispier kielbasa, brown slices briefly in a skillet before adding to the crockpot. When using frozen green beans, add them in the last 2–3 hours on low to prevent overcooking.
