Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, and olive oil. Stir until well blended.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season them with salt and pepper.
- Generously coat the tops of the salmon fillets with the Dijon mixture.
Cooking
- Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the oven, sprinkle with fresh dill or parsley, and plate beautifully.
Notes
For a healthier twist, use Greek yogurt mixed with lemon juice as a substitute for the Dijon and honey mixture. Consider adding citrus slices on top before baking for added flavor.
