Preparation
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened butter, creamy peanut butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Layer half of the graham cracker sheets at the bottom of the pan.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
- Place another layer of graham crackers on top, followed by the remaining peanut butter mixture.
- Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Melt chocolate and pour over the top layer of graham crackers, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For best results, make sure to chill thoroughly before cutting to get clean, firm squares.
