- Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken until golden and cooked through.
- In a separate pan, combine honey and minced garlic, then heat until warm.
- Toss the fried chicken in the honey-garlic mixture before serving.
Notes
To serve, slice the chicken and pair with steamed rice or vegetables, garnishing as desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days in the fridge, or freeze for up to 2 months.
