Preparation
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Once cooked, drain the pasta and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Let it cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced chicken, and chopped romaine lettuce.
Mixing
  1. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and toss everything gently to combine.
  2. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and croutons on top. Lightly toss again and season with salt and pepper as desired.
