Ingredients
  

For the fudge
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream For creaminess
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Use good-quality for best results
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles For decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir until boiling, then let it boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  3. Add vanilla and almond extracts.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch pan and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with colored sprinkles on top.
  6. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Use parchment between layers to prevent sticking.
