Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix beef with soup, sour cream, milk, corn, 1 cup cheese, and spices.
- Spread mixture into baking dish. Top with tater tots.
Baking
- Bake uncovered for 35 minutes. Add remaining cheese and bake 10 minutes more.
- Cool slightly and serve.
