- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press the sugar cookie dough into a greased pizza pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
- Once the crust is cool, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.
- Arrange your chosen fruits artfully on the cream cheese layer.
- If using, prepare the fruit glaze and drizzle it over the fruits.
Notes
Serve chilled. It’s best enjoyed fresh, but can last for a day or two in the refrigerator. Avoid freezing.
