Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 package Sugar Cookie Dough You can use pre-made dough or make your own.
For the creamy base
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened for easy spreading.
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping Lightens the cream cheese.
For the toppings
  • 2 cups Assorted Fresh Fruits Strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and bananas recommended.
Optional glaze
  • 1 cup Fruit Juice Mixed with cornstarch.
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch To make the glaze.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into a greased pizza pan, spreading it evenly.
  3. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
  4. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Once the crust is cool, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.
  6. Arrange your chosen fruits artfully on the cream cheese layer.
  7. If using, prepare the fruit glaze and drizzle it over the fruits.

Notes

Serve chilled. It’s best enjoyed fresh, but can last for a day or two in the refrigerator. Avoid freezing.
