  • 1 cup cranberry sauce Spread in a thin, even layer.
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans Can be substituted with toasted pumpkin seeds or skipped.
  • 1 package tortillas Use flavored tortillas for added color.
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Also use rosemary for decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Soften the cream cheese until it's spreadable.
  2. Lay out each tortilla and spread an even layer of cream cheese across the surface.
  3. Spoon a thin, even layer of cranberry sauce over the cream cheese.
  4. Sprinkle chopped walnuts or pecans evenly across the top.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  7. Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store uncut logs wrapped tightly in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. Once sliced, keep them in a single layer with parchment between layers; consume within 24-48 hours for the best texture. Do not freeze.
