- Soften the cream cheese until it's spreadable.

- Sprinkle chopped walnuts or pecans evenly across the top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store uncut logs wrapped tightly in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. Once sliced, keep them in a single layer with parchment between layers; consume within 24-48 hours for the best texture. Do not freeze.
