Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add sliced onions, cooking until caramelized.
Assembly
- Assemble sliders by placing roast beef on slider buns, adding caramelized onions, and topping with provolone cheese.
- Place sliders on a baking sheet and bake until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
Serving
- Meanwhile, heat beef broth in a small pot for dipping.
- Serve the sliders warm on a platter with small bowls of the heated beef broth (au jus) for dipping.
- Provide napkins and toothpicks for easy handling, and offer horseradish sauce on the side for a spicy kick.
Notes
Store assembled but unbaked sliders in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven until heated through. Keep beef broth in a sealed container in the fridge for 3–4 days.
