Ingredients
  

Slider Components
  • 12 pieces Slider buns
  • 1 pound Roast beef Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Caramelized onions Cooked until sweet
  • 12 slices Provolone cheese
Dipping Broth
  • 2 cups Beef broth Warm for serving
Condiments
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish sauce Optional, for serving
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For caramelizing onions

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add sliced onions, cooking until caramelized.
Assembly
  1. Assemble sliders by placing roast beef on slider buns, adding caramelized onions, and topping with provolone cheese.
  2. Place sliders on a baking sheet and bake until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
Serving
  1. Meanwhile, heat beef broth in a small pot for dipping.
  2. Serve the sliders warm on a platter with small bowls of the heated beef broth (au jus) for dipping.
  3. Provide napkins and toothpicks for easy handling, and offer horseradish sauce on the side for a spicy kick.

Notes

Store assembled but unbaked sliders in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven until heated through. Keep beef broth in a sealed container in the fridge for 3–4 days.
