Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef You can also use leftover brisket.
  • 8 small slider buns Feel free to swap with whole wheat or brioche.
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth Homemade broth can be a delightful touch!
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Optional.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until just simmering.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Layer the roast beef on top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  4. Place the top halves of the bun over the beef and cheese to create a complete sandwich.
  5. Carefully pour the warm beef broth mixture over the assembled sliders, ensuring they are well soaked.
  6. Cover the sliders with foil or a lid and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately with the leftover broth for dipping.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To freeze, wrap each slider in foil and place in a freezer-safe bag. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes, adding more broth if needed.
